Durability
Shoes designed to withstand occasional to regular use in lowlands on relatively even terrain, in the presence of some brambles. The split leather and seams are tested in the lab and out in the field for resistance to abrasion, tearing and scuffing. The lace eyelets and hooks are made of metal. 100% rubber sole provides excellent long-term resistance to wear.
Grip
Deep, wide treads in the soles (like in the tyres of a farm vehicle) ensure excellent traction out in the fields, on soil or mud. Front and rear sections of the sole with a stepped design for even better grip. Bevelled studs, sufficiently well spaced out to avoid becoming clogged up with soil and mud when out walking or when banging the soles together at the end of a hunting trip.
Maintenance
It is very simple to take good care of these shoes! Simply wash them in soap and water, without any grease or detergent. You can apply a waterproofing spray once the shoes are dry to reactivate the water repellency of the leather. To keep the leather supple, do not leave them to dry next to a source of intense heat.
