The benefit of an insole in ski boots?
Original insoles are flat and not very stiff. They don't allow for a good fit on the bottom of the foot. So there is limited support and distribution of pressure is poor. Very often, pain in the malleoli and metatarsals can be solved with a specific insole. The latter also promote better blood circulation and so reduce cold to the feet.
