A Decathlon | Canterbury partnership?
We're pleased to announce that we've signed a new co-branding partnership with the brand, Canterbury. This partnership means we can associate ourselves with a high-profile brand that is well known in the world of rugby. By joining together, we can highlight the excellence, technicality and accessibility of our products.
Technical features
Not all of our balls are made in the same way. The panels can be stitched in different ways: machine stitched or hand stitched for better resistance to wear, better shape retention and better performance.
A ball's grip is what lets you control it when passing and receiving.
High-quality grip
The grip on our 500 ball is the result of several years' work with our technical partners: Jean Marc Doussain, Decathlon's Sport Lab teams and the LMRCV and OMR clubs.
Balls designed for regular play and competition.
If you train or play matches regularly, you'll need a durable ball that stays inflated and is comfy on both your hands and feet: Check out our 500 range.
Foot play
This egg-shaped ball provides a larger contact surface with the foot, which is more comfy when you kick.
World Rugby standards
All our balls comply with World Rugby standards for match use.
