Glide performance
We designed an exclusive shape, in collaboration with shaper Erwan Le Gallic, with the aim of encouraging glide and rapid take-off while ensuring excellent stability when not in the air.
- The flat hull on the tail and the double concave at the front reduce friction for effortless take-offs.
- Advanced max. width on the front of the board to promote the glide.
- Slightly slimmer nose that reduces the risk of movement
How to choose your board What level is it best for?
- 85 litres: More compact version for more fluid manoeuvres.
- 100 litres: Best compromise between gliding, handling and stability.
- 120 litres: Better lateral stability thanks to the wider tail.
Autonomous riders:
85 litres, OK if under 75 kilos
100 litres, OK if under 90 kilos
120 litres, OK if over 90 kilos
Beginner riders:
100 litres, OK if under 70 kilos
120 litres, OK if over 70 kilos
Tolerance
- We've designed the lines to allow you to soften light touches, ensuring good tolerance. The board is forgiving of navigation errors or during jumps: It easily gets going again and doesn't stop when it touches the water.
- The distribution of volumes has been optimised in order to enable the rider to have a centre of gravity (foot position) positioned in the same place as you stop, during the take-off phase, and in flight.
Construction and robustness
- Board constructed with a 2 mm PVC sandwich (100 kg/m3) on the deck and hull - for maximum robustness.
- Reinforcements in carbon fibre 200 g/m² on the box.
- PVC box reinforcement crossing the whole board.
Comfort 1/2
- Slightly concave on the deck (topside of the board) for comfort and confidence in pressures. This allows for good reactivity and less effort required when pressing on your heels
- Board is extremely stable during the assembly of the foil thanks to 3 points of contact with the ground
- Reinforcement on the nose (TPU patch) to avoid damaging the board while you're assembling the foil
- The deck of the board has rounded corners to avoid discomfort as you get onto the board
Comfort 2/2
- Pad with double thicknesses for the groove to guarantee good grip (necessary in strapless and during pressure changes) without reducing comfort.
- Smooth section incorporated into the centre of the rear pad: You won't need to look at your feet during manoeuvres, you can get your bearings thanks to this change of texture.
- Handles under the board to make it easier to transport (the board is horizontally balanced when the foil is assembled).
Resistance
- The corner of the tail is curved, which means that you won't damage the board with the leash.
- Decompression valve with a membrane on the rear of the board: Avoids heat and pressure damaging the board (e.g. Transit by plane, heat, storage in a car).
- You must not unscrew the valve as this may compromise the seal of your board.
Compatibility
- Compatible with various strap set-ups thanks to its 5 x 3 inserts at the front (double strap / V-straps / diagonal strap) and 5 straight strap adjustments at the rear.
- Double US box 27 cm assembly system.
The board is sold with
- The board is sold on its own: The leash and straps are not included.
- For the straps, use screws with a diameter of 6 mm. The length of the screw must not exceed 20 mm when it is passed through the strap, as this may damage your board.
