The role of proteins
There are three macronutrients: protein, fat and carbohydrates. They provide, among other things, energy to your body through calories.
Carbohydrates are the body's primary energy source and are the
perfect fuel for exercising.
Protein, another macronutrient, is essential for
building muscle mass and the proper functioning of your body.
How to prepare WHEY PROTEIN
We recommend mixing just 150 ml of water with 2 heaping scoops of WHEY PROTEIN (30 g) in a shaker with a sieve.
You can increase or decrease the quantity of water as needed.
Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
For a creamier shake, you can mix your Whey Protein with 150 ml of animal or plant milk.
Drink the shake within an hour of making it.
Understanding BCAAs
Know what's hiding behind these four letters?
Proteins are amino acid sequences. There are 20 of them, 9 of which are "essential" meaning that they are not synthesized in the body and must be supplemented by food. Among them are 3 amino acids. They are called Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs): leucine, isoleucine and valine.
They're called branched because of their shape. They are involved in muscle repair and recovery.
What is Whey Protein?
Whey protein is a lactoserum protein.
Whey protein is quick absorbing and stimulates anabolic metabolism (muscle building), which makes it perfect for recovery.
Why use Whey protein powder?
- Easily reach your daily protein intake goal
- Improve support to your muscle mass after exercising

- It's practical (take it to the gym or to work with you)

Protein flavour and our short, easy shake recipe
We worked hard to create a protein with a balanced flavour and long finish.
If you're used to artificially flavoured protein powders, our new whey protein may seem lighter at first.
To boost the taste, you can adjust how much water and powder you use. For example, 50 ml of water can make a big difference in the taste and texture.
After conducting tests, we recommend adding 150 ml of water per shaker.
