Why a 3-in-1 jacket?
This jacket will see your children through all seasons. The waterproof outer jacket is ideal for facing the rain. The removable inner padded jacket keeps them warm, even when worn alone or at the start or end of winter. The entire assembly forms a barrier against bad weather in temperatures down to -9°C
How waterproof is it?
This jacket is designed with a waterproof coating (standard JIS 1092 standard) that resists 5,000 mm H²O (Schmerber) which is the pressure exerted by a 5-metre column of water. The fully taped seams make it impossible for water to seep in
Snow! You won’t pass through!
The hood, cuffs and jacket hem can be the weakest points on a jacket when they come into contact with snow. This is not the case with this jacket. The hood is elasticated, the cuff bottoms are adjustable and the bottom of the jacket can be tightened, for maximum insulation from the outside elements!
How is thermal comfort measured?
The thermal resistance test shows the loss of heat between the body and the outside, indicating the product’s insulating properties. It is carried out on fabric using probes or on the garment with thermal models, often in extreme conditions, thus measuring body heat
How do I re-waterproof my jacket?
You can use one of our re-waterproofing products available in our shops or on our website. Leave the jacket to soak for 15 minutes or machine-wash at 30°C by placing the re-waterproofing product in the softener compartment
Should I re-waterproof my jacket?
To find out if your jacket is still waterproof, do the water drop test. To do so, pour water on the garment.
If it beads, no need to re-waterproof.
If it is absorbed, the garment has lost its waterproofing and requires treatment!
What is the recommended care for my 3-in-1 jacket?
For the waterproof jacket, it is best to avoid frequent washing so that it doesn't lose its waterproof properties. If it is really very dirty, a wash at 30°C is also recommended, if possible on an outdoor garment programme. The inner padded jacket can be machine-washed at 30°C
