How to prepare your freeze-dried lentil dahl and rice meal
Open the sachet and turn back the two ends so they touch each other.
Then fill with hot water to level 5 (400 ml). Mix with your cutlery, close the zip and wait 9 minutes before reopening the sachet.
Mix again and taste your meal.
The amount of water can be adjusted depending on your preference. You're a chef!

What is the difference between freeze-drying and dehydrating food?
These two preservation techniques extract the water from the foodstuff through a cold or hot drying process.
Freeze-drying removes the water contained in the food by transforming it from a solid state (frozen food) to a gaseous state.
