What exactly are the socks in the URBAN WALK range made of?
Socks for everyday walking, even intense walking, that meet the needs of everyone, even the most demanding users!What exactly does that mean?
Our engineers created a new perforated structure above and below the foot to moderate perspiration.The tight knit stitch is close-fitting and stays in place to prevent slipping and friction, which therefore protects your feet from the dreaded blisters. But this is not all... they are made of a natural fibre, called DEOCELL, that is soft and neutralises odours.
What is Deocell?
Our socks are made of 70% brushed cotton and 30% Deocell.Deocell is a trademark of Lyocell.It is a fibre made from wood, predominantly eucalyptus wood.This natural fibre is a new hardwearing, soft and durable version, that reduces odours and provides added comfort.Its production process consumes 20% less water than cotton.
Little tips for sock maintenance.
Wash your socks at maximum 40°C, or you might end up having to give them away to someone with smaller feet.
If you want your socks to last longer, don't put them in the drier.
No specific folding instructions, but you can put your socks away as neatly as you like in your cupboard :)
