Blob: this inciting fly is used with a floating or intermediate silk line to intercept fish swimming close to the surface in reservoirs. Its volume allows the fly to descend very slowly and to stir the water every time the silk line is pulled, so that it can be easily identified by trout, thanks to the colours too
