What is its storage capacity?
This backpack has a large compartment for your essentials, two zipped pockets, including an inner pocket for your valuables. A stretch mesh pocket on the side also fits your water bottle or umbrella.
Tested for optimal durability
We carry out several laboratory tests to validate the bag's components: fabric, buckles, straps, foam, zips. For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, colour fastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and waterproofing. We also conduct tests to check the resistance of assembly using a dummy that reproduces the movements of a hiker to replicate several years of wear and tear on the bag.

The components are designed to withstand the demands of walking outdoors. That’s why we test the durability of the materials and the strength of the bag: nothing is left to chance. We even simulate your adventures with our hiker testers!
Is this backpack waterproof?
This backpack is water-repellent. In light rain, water will roll off without penetrating it. However, it is not completely waterproof. If the rain lasts too hard, or is heavy, water will eventually seep through. For extra protection, choose our 10-20 L rain cover (ref. 8772113).
