Fresh & Black is a technology patented by Decathlon that reflects the sun's rays and insulates light thanks to specific materials. It reduces the feeling of warmth and increases the level of darkness in the tent!
How do you open the tent?
Unclip the four toggle latches, push the shell onto the passenger side. Go to the driver’s side of the vehicle, remove the red strap and push the shell.
Tilt the two boards, then connect the ladder on the passenger side of the vehicle. Adjust the height correctly and secure the poles before climbing on.
Installing the tent for the first time
Allow ten minutes for the initial set up. You can use the tools provided to adjust the NuFix system. Using a screw-gun makes it easier to set it up. We recommend that the tent be installed on the roof rack by four people. Watch the assembly tutorial video and/or read the instructions carefully.
What is the NuFix binding system?
This is the exclusive system patented by NaïtUp that enables you to quickly secure the tent to the roof rack.

Do not use any accessories other than those supplied with the tent.
Always set up the tent on a level surface so that it is stable.
Do not install on vehicles with a sunroof.
Do not pitch the tent facing the wind.

What is a static load?
When the vehicle is stationary, the maximum static load capacity is much higher.
Indeed, once installed and stationary, your roof rack will be able to support the rooftop tent, as well as the weight of the people inside (maximum load of 200kg inside the rooftop tent).
What is a dynamic load?
This tent needs a 75 kg load capacity, a so-called "dynamic" load, i.e. when the vehicle is moving.
Compatible with roof racks
Compatible with ISO11154-approved roof racks for loads of over 75kg (dynamic weight).
The usable width is 74.5 cm, the distance between the roof and the top of the roof rack must be over 8 cm.

Storage tips
After use, leave the tent outside to dry completely, then store it flat in a dry place.

Test product
It’s in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc, that our design team conceives, designs and creates Quechua products. We test them in the field with other campers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. We go to as many field locations as possible in all weather conditions. Great conditions for discussion, which is precious to gain your feedback and plan our new products!
