Why choose WHEY PROTEIN?
Setting our sights on natural products, we've come up with this vanilla whey protein.
We wanted it to be efficient with its 22g of protein per shaker but also tasty by using Bourbon vanilla flavour.
How to dose WHEY PROTEIN
We recommend mixing 150ml of water with 35g of WHEY PROTEIN (or 3 heaped tablespoons) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.
Reduce or increase the amount of water according to your preference.
Mix for 30 seconds and consume.
For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of plant-based drink or milk.
Consume the shake within an hour of mixing it.
Dissolving whey protein
This product does not contain lecithin. Lecithin is traditionally found in most powdered proteins to help them dissolve in water or milk and prevent lumps.
Consequently, there may be some clumps of powder in the sieve or the neck of your shaker after you mix it.
When to consume WHEY PROTEIN
Consume a recovery shake within 30 minutes after your sports session.
We recommend washing your shaker immediately after use.
You can also supplement your diet by consuming a WHEY PROTEIN shake at breakfast or before training.
