The minimal-waste design process involves thinking about the design of a product and its different pieces so that the pieces of the pattern, once placed on the fabric, fit together like a puzzle to reduce waste and the consumption of fabric. It's like a Tetris! We're proud to be able to offer you our product made using this method, with a saving of 18% in material consumption (in m²) and a reduction of 67% in waste (in m²).
Are products tested before being sold?
Of course! All our fabrics must successfully pass rigorous lab tests to ensure your comfort and safety. We test them for colourfastness, resistance to repeated washing, perspiration wicking and more - we call these our "torture tests". And after that? Is that it? No, there's more. We then have sports users put our products through the ringer. We listen to and analyse their feedback to fix what needs to be improved. And only then is your sports clothing ready!
Development additional information
The textile dyeing process requires a lot of water and produces significant amounts of wastewater from the dye baths. To reduce our world impact, we've opted for a mass-dyeing technique, where the pigments are integrated directly into the yarn production process.

100% of the fabric color is made by dyeing the yarn at the source
Dyeing textiles requires lots of water but also leads to lots of water waste generated in dyeing vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we choose solution dyeing, which integrates colour pigments when manufacturing the thread.
