How can this jacket adapt to your activities?

Thanks to its ventilation zips, this jacket allows you to regulate heat during exercise.

- The wide hood is fully adjustable and vertically and horizontally. Its semi-rigid visor with integrated mesh headband provides you with a high level of protection and better support.

How waterproof is the fabric level?

This jacket has two waterproof components (norm JIS L 1092):

- The main component is resistant to 20,000 mm of water (Schmerber rating) before washing

- A secondary component, on the reinforced sections, is resistant to 20,000 mm of water (Schmerber rating) before washing.

What is the breathability of this jacket?

To find out whether a fabric is breathable, we test its evaporative resistance or RET (based on the JIS L 1099 B1 standard). The lower the fabric's resistance, the more water vapour generated by physical activity evaporates, and the higher the fabric's breathability.

It is considered that if:

- RET < 9 = very breathable fabric

- 9 < RET < 12 = breathable fabric.

The breathability qualities of this jacket:

How many pockets does this jacket have?

This jacket has 2 hand rest pockets with a watertight YKK AquaGuard zip. Accessible even when wearing a bag on your back.

There is a mesh pocket for a mobile phone inside the right pocket so it's always in its place, protected and doesn't fall out when you open your pocket.

What are the special features of the central zip opening?

- Features a waterproof YKK AquaGuard zip along the entire length with an inside flap providing protection from the wind.

- Double slider lets you open the jacket from the bottom.

- Soft fabric flap at the top of the collar to protect the chin.

How does this jacket provide optimal protection?

This dual-component jacket combines:

- A durable and protective fabric (155 gr/m2; 70 Denier) on the areas to be protected from friction (shoulders, outside of the sleeves, bottom of the garment at the front and back)

- A light and breathable fabric (102 gr/m2; 20 Denier) on the rest of the jacket.

This asymmetric jacket is slightly longer at the back than the front in order to provide maximum protection and keep you protected in all your movements, when you're active or bivouacking.
