In lowlands with no cover or in mountainous terrain from one peak to another: maximum of 10 km, in landscapes with mixed vegetation 4 km, in wooded valleys 1.5 km.
The range can be affected by numerous factors: the weather, relative humidity, presence of metal objects or power lines, vegetation, etc.
It is not recommended to use your walkie-talkie between 2 moving vehicles.

The Solognac walkie-talkie 500 is free to use in France, but there are different regulations for each country. Find out about the legality of use from the local authorities in other countries in the EU.
The device is only compatible with other makes of walkie-talkies that transmit in accordance with the PMR 446 standard , and it is not compatible with radios that use another frequency, such as 157 MHz.

Tips on charging your walkie-talkie:
We recommend that the batteries be initially charged for 12 to 14 hours, then for 6 hours in regular use.
