Wood and pop quality
This 7-ply deck is made from Canadian rock hard maple, the best wood for technical skateboard decks.
The wood used for this deck is FSC certified (sourced from managed forests)
The deck is cold pressed for better robustness.
We use a high-performance water-based glue that is less polluting than epoxy resins.

One deck per mould
Our maple decks are cold pressed, one by one. This means that each mould contains only one deck at a time during pressing. This allows for optimal pressure distribution to ensure that each deck has the exact same shape and concave. This is an advantage for those who always want to skateboard with the same shape.
How much does the Skateboard Deck DK100 8" weigh?
Around 1.1 kg. Because the decks are hand sanded and the density of each ply of wood may be different, the weight of each deck may vary slightly. Of course, the deck is only one component that determines the weight of your skateboard. The wheel size and trucks also have a strong impact.
Behind the design: DK100 - making a board with the best value-for-money on the market
With the DK100 models, we made the deck as sleek as possible for a more affordable model for those on a budget or who tend to break their decks a lot.
We stripped it down to the bare necessities for a basic but excellent deck. There are no graphics or coloured plies, and the technical details are all on a sticker on the bottom of the deck.
How to choose the right deck size
A skateboard deck should be chosen based on the width you need. A narrower deck means easier handling (great for beginners and shorter riders). The wider the deck, the more stable it is and the safer your landings, making this type of deck good for taller skateboarders or those who like to ride the half-pipes. Sizes are given in inches. 1 inch = 2.54 cm.
The length and wheelbase also have a major impact on deck handling and stability
