LEVEL OF PROTECTION
This mudguard withstands impacts and protects mountain bikers' chests and faces from mud spray.
For this purpose, place the blade as high as possible under the frame.
You can never totally escape mud when riding in wet conditions...
But a mudguard mounted on the fork is very effective.
For functional purposes, if your bike frame and tyre width permit it, opt for a hybrid bike mudguard (with a longer blade that is closer to the tyre).
Bike compatibility
This mudguard fits MTBs without welded cable stops underneath the frame
BOX CONTENTS
The mudguard's blade comes with 2 adjustable rip-tab straps
Assembly
Be sure to check the mounting orientation (wider part of the blade down).
If screws are already present under the frame (frame protection or cable housing), use them to mount the mudguard instead of the straps.
The screws may be too short. If so, you will need to buy longer ones: M5 L20 countersunk screws.
If there is an external battery on the frame, remove it, attach the mudguard with rip-tab straps and then put it on top.
