Assembly time and instructions

Assembly time:

- 45 minutes, 2 adults



To fold down your rack:

- Unscrew and unclip the safety dials (the white lines will no longer be facing each other)

- Remove the safety pin

- Place the bar rest on an immobile holder to not block the pull-up bar

- Pull the handle on the lower bar



Never open/fold down the rack with weights or a weight bar in place.

Can you install this rack outdoors?

No, it is not designed for outdoor use. This metal rack has not been treated to protect it from moisture or sunlight. If you keep it outdoors or in a damp place, it may rust, which can weaken the structure and make it unsafe to use.

For your safety, your rack has been tested with a load 2.5 times greater than its maximum claimed load!



For use with 1.75 m and 2 m weight training and weight lifting bars.



Always insert the metal safety pins and carry out a visual check before starting your session.
