Running glasses, like eyeglasses, should be carefully cleaned with suitable products to avoid scratching the lenses and blurry vision caused by dirt.
Do not use household maintenance products, disinfectants or acetone for cleaning. These products can damage the lenses as well as the coatings.
The only products you need to apply are some lens cleaning spray, liquid soap or washing-up liquid and rinse thoroughly afterwards.
