How to prepare your MUSCLE GAINER
Mix 250 ml of water with four scoops (100 g) in a shaker with a sieve.
Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
We recommend using water at a mild temperature. Avoid mixing powder with hot water.
For a creamier shake, mix the GAINER with 250 ml of your favourite animal or plant milk.
