Given that it is easy to open and easier to chew thanks to the rapeseed and sunflower seed, this is the ideal replenishment bar for activities exceeding 3h. What's more, given that dates are a naturally occurring fruit that is high in carbs and easy to digest, it is perfectly suited to a sports diet.

To give our date bar antioxidant properties (in order to protect your cells against oxidative stress), we initially wanted to add some vitamin C. However, vitamin C being considered an additive, we had to find an alternative that was just as effective.

This is where acerola comes into play: given its high vitamin C content, it is the ideal product for fulfilling our requirements!
