How do you work out the size of your sports bra?
For the support and comfort of your breasts, you must choose a bra size adapted to your body shape. To do this, follow these simple steps:
- Stand in front of a mirror.
- Place the tape measure horizontally across your upper back, over the lower part of your shoulder blades.
- Bring the tape over the fullest part of your chest.
- Take the measurement without tightening.
