It's a free poster that you can download onto your smartphone and easily print out. It has been developed in collaboration with qualified coaches and contains a dozen or so exercises that you can do with your Swiss ball.

Because you'll need different ball sizes as your pregnancy progresses, and so that you don't have to buy several of them, we recommend getting the next size up from what you'd normally need.
