Technical features
Not all of our balls are made in the same way. The panels can be stitched in different ways: machine stitched or hand stitched for better resistance to wear, better shape retention and better performance.
A ball's grip is what lets you control it when passing and receiving.
High-quality grip
The grip on our 500 ball is the result of many years' work with our technical partner Jean Marc Doussain, Decathlon's Sport Lab teams and the clubs LMRCV and OMR.
Balls designed for regular play and competition.
If you train or play matches regularly, you'll need a robust ball that stays inflated and is comfortable on both your hands and feet. Check out our 500 range. For women and children aged 10 to 14, go for a size 4 ball.
Foot play
This ovoid-shaped ball provides a larger contact surface with the foot, which is more comfortable when you kick

For children aged 10 to 14, go for a size 4 ball.
For anyone older than 14, choose a size 5 ball.
To help you, the size is written on the ball.
Co-design
Our balls are designed in partnership with our technical partners Jean-Marc Doussain and Jonathan Wisniewski, who play professionally in the TOP14.
They help us improve our balls by getting involved at every stage of the design process, and by validating them during tests that reproduce real-life playing conditions.
