To keep you as comfortable as possible during your workouts, we felt it was important to bring you a sports bra that follows all of your movements. We've therefore added elastane to the fabric that this sports bra is made from to make it stretchier. Give it a go, and you'll find that you can move freely without your bra getting in the way.
Its racer back also frees up your shoulder blades.

What details make this high impact zip-up sports bra with cups so comfortable?
This sports bra has a front zip that makes it easy to put on and take off. To stop it coming undone as you exercise, fold the zip pull down. This will stop it from moving.
You can adjust the straps to keep your shoulders comfortable. This sports bra offers a high level of support with no underwiring.
The cups provide additional support, keep you more comfortable by covering more of your breasts, and protect them from impacts.

Regardless of your cup size or age, they're subjected to movements and bouncing that can create a force of up to five times their weight, depending on the intensity of your activity. The movements of sports activities stretch the skin and ligaments of the bust. If you aren't wearing the right support, you're more likely to suffer from pain or premature sagging. To protect your breasts without compromising their natural movement, it's important to make sure that your bra offers the right level of support for your cup size and the intensity of your activity.
How do we determine the support levels offered by Decathlon's sports bras?
Our bras are approved in our laboratories through a breast support test, which assesses the reduction in the acceleration of the breasts' movement during a sports activity. They're then assessed and categorised as follows: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.
Which level of support do you need for which activity?
Your bra's level of support should be suitable for the activity you're doing. Our range consists of three levels:
- Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);
- Level 3: medium support for activities that cause a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.);
- Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).
How do you know whether you're getting the right size of sports bra?
It's essential to get a bra that's the right size for your body in order to keep yourself comfortable and supported. To choose the right bra, follow these steps:
- Stand in front of a mirror;
- Hold a tape measure horizontally against your upper back, roughly level with the bottom of your shoulder blades;
- Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust;

Is the high support zip-up sports bra with cups suitable for all body shapes?
This sports bra has been specially developed and tested to fit all body shapes. It's available from XS to 5XL.
How are Decathlon's sports bras designed?
Decathlon's sports bras are designed by our sports team to optimise your comfort and prevent health issues. We don't use any underwiring so that there's no risk of causing injury or of compressing the lymph nodes. We minimise seams over the nipples to reduce the risk of rubbing. And by prioritising perspiration-wicking fabrics, we keep you comfortable and lower the risk of skin irritation.
How should you care for your high support zip-up sports bra with cups?
This sports bra is designed for intensive sports use and can cope with being washed frequently. We recommend that you remove the foam cups before washing and that you wash your bra in our laundry bag, which is sold separately (ref. 8505236).
Wash at no more than 30°C. Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability.
Do not tumble dry.

TESTS AND WARRANTY
Test product
SUPPORT: the level of support is tested and approved at the Decathlon laboratory by measuring breast movement. Each size is tested individually. PERSPIRATION WICKING: the perspiration-wicking test is performed on each material, in the lab, to make sure that the fabric absorbs moisture and wicks it from the inside to the outside so that it can evaporate. WASHING: the washing and drying tests ensure that the product retains its shape and colour.

This product has been tested at the Decathlon laboratory to check its levels of support. A panel of testers then put it through its paces during a weight-training session (standardised usage test) to make sure that it was comfortable to wear during workouts. They carried on using the product for another 6 months before giving it the final thumbs up.
