choice of temperature

The choice of wax depends on both the water temperature and the air temperature.

If the water is cool and the air is warm, we advise you to use the higher temperature wax.

For example: water 18°c air 30°c take wax 22 to 30°c otherwise wax 18 - 25°c may be a little too soft when applied, especially if your wax is stored in a vehicle in the heat.

Decathlon is committed to this issue, and this product has been designed to limit the impact on the environment and specifically on the sea bed.

The formulas have been tested by an independent laboratory for ecotoxicity on algae and corals in accordance with ISO 10253 / ISO 8692.

The result of these tests is that under normal usage conditions our formulas do not have a negative impact on marine life.

Essentialized, fragrance-free formula.

Unlike our previous wax formula, we have chosen not to add any fragrance and to use only the most essential ingredients. The smell of the wax is therefore the result of the mixture of 100% natural ingredients present in the wax.

Commitment to quality

Decathlon goes beyond international regulations: we have banned more than 1,000 controversial substances that we do not want in our products, even if they are allowed on the market (including known endocrine disruptors and some preservatives).

Packaging

The packaging is developed and produced in France and is made from recycled cardboard to minimise our environmental impact.

Storage tips

Avoid leaving the wax exposed to sunlight or cold temperatures. If possible, keep at room temperature.<br /> To store your wax you can use a wax box.
