How to choose your gymnastics outfit
Our design team's advice: The perfect training kit for gymnasts is a sleeveless leotard, a top or sports bra and shorts or leggings. This lets you do everything you need to with complete confidence and freedom so you can put your best foot forward in competitions.
Why wear a leotard?
A leotard can be worn during training to be more comfortable when practising the technical moves for the four women's artistic gymnastics events. However, it is required during competitions to allow judges to see that all techniques are properly executed!
