If you fill the base with water, we recommend not filling it to 100%, and particularly not jumping on the filled base
HOW TO USE IT
Always use boxing gloves when hitting the bag. Without them, you risk injuring yourself (burns, bruises).

DESIGN
The punching ball is designed to train your punches. The foam ball and sprung, stable metal base guarantee good responsiveness. The height (100-130 cm) can be easily adjusted using the wheel on the central metal shaft.
This punching ball comes with a pair of junior gloves in size 4 OZ (5-10 years).
