Why did we create this product?
At Kimjaly, our teams design products that are essential for doing yoga. As always, our goal is to do more with less, not only for the product but also in the design process.
These shorts have been designed to be as soft and stretchy as possible for all of your yoga sessions.
How is the product made?
This product is made from 60% organic cotton and 25% recycled cotton.
Using organic cotton is good for the environment because it minimises the cotton's impact on soil fertility and reduces groundwater pollution.
Recycled cotton gives waste a new lease of life and greatly reduces its environmental impact.

Our ecodesign approach reduces the environmental impact of our products.
We’ve examined the environmental footprint of this product in order to identify how we can produce it in a more sustainable way. With this knowledge, our design teams were able to develop this product while significantly reducing its environmental impact.

MaterialRecycled cotton
Textile part made of 25% recycled cotton
To limit the environmental impact of this product, while preserving its quality, we used recycled cotton. Because cotton is a natural material that requires a lot of water and pesticides in conventional culture (which leads to a degradation of biodiversity and pollution of soils and water tables). By choosing recycled cotton, we reduce the use of virgin cotton in favor of fabrics destined to be thrown away.

Conventional cotton farming uses a lot of water, fertilizers and pesticides. This leads to degradation of biodiversity and pollution of soil and groundwater. Organic cultivation is produced without using chemical fertilizer, pesticides and GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms), which reduces soil and ground water pollution.
