Why build a triceps bar into your workouts?
The special shape of this weight training bar will engage your triceps. It allows you to vary your hand position with its different grips, and thus engage different fibres for each muscle group. As a complement to a classic dumbbell bar that you'd use for biceps, a triceps bar is useful for balancing the musculature of the arm.
Using your triceps bar in complete safety
Maximum load of the triceps bar in a horizontal position:
- 100 kg
- It is essential to add disc collars to secure your weights (Smart disc collars: ref: 8574652)
- It is not recommended to use this bar in a vertical position.
