"When mountain biking, a hydration pack is a good idea. It is the perfect option for staying hydrated without stopping. With both hands on the handlebars, you can tackle challenging trails more easily. And don't forget to wear a helmet and full-finger gloves for safety.
A small, reassuring accessory: puncture repair spray, which you can use if you don't know how to repair punctures. It saves you from walking home, so your ride isn't ruined!
A tip for extra comfort!
If you want to be more comfortable in the saddle, you can always add a gel saddle cover to your saddle.
They are compatible with all women's Rockrider saddles and add an extra touch of softness to reduce discomfort on your ride... and the day after too :)
