Warmth
In damp polar conditions, feather insulation is not recommended by our polar guides from the agency 66°North. Damp feathers stay stuck to each other, reducing the warmth of the glove. So we have chosen an insulating lining designed with very fine 100% polyester fibres, with very high insulating properties. The material also dries quickly.
Size and layering
The 2 gloves are made to be worn together.
However, our design team has also designed each glove so that it can be worn on its own.
The size is deliberately wide to keep an insulating air pocket around the fingers.
For those more sensitive to the cold, don’t choose a glove that’s too tight!
Ease of use
All tightening systems and drawcords are oversized and are easy to handle even with thick winter gloves in the other hand. It’s through these details that our design team has carefully sought to improve your grip, to make trekking in the Arctic easier.
